To introduce Portland to the awesome things we do, let's party and watch a show featuring models in wheelchairs and fall looks from Mag-Big, Mabel and Zora and Brooklyn Industries.
BACKBONES is a nonprofit organization that exists to provide support for people with spinal cord
injury (SCI) and their families nationwide. Through one-on-one telephone,
in-person or web-based connections we encourage sharing experiences and motivate
people to live life to the fullest!
BACKBONES events create an
alternative to the traditional “support group” where people can ask questions,
learn from each other informally and make lasting friendships.
